Attention all Tea Party Loyalists: in preparation for the 2016 Presidential Elections, please help each Tea Party group in America to hold their monthly meetings by itself and two weeks later, to hold joint meetings with an area, or adjoining County, Tea Party group, and then they all come together in quarterly sessions of the Tea Party County Convention, that submits 3 grassroots ideas for the annual Tea Party State Conference, that will identify from the 3 ideas of each of the County Conventions, The TEN MOST WANTED STATE LAWS, and from among the 3 ideas submitted by each of the Quarterly Sessions of the Tea Party Congressional District Caucuses, the TEN MOST WANTED FEDERAL LAWS. The Tea Partys Ten Most Wanted Laws provides conservative voters with an ironclad BINDING LITMUS TEST for which incumbent state or federal legislators to fully support and keep at the polls and which members of either the State Legislature or the US Congress, to get rid of at the next election, based upon the litmus test results of their embrace or rejection of the State Tea Partys Ten Most Wanted Laws, with a passing score being 80℅ or better, and the faithless politicians scoring 70% or less by failing to support the Tea Party Ten Most Wanted Laws being guaranteed a Tea Party opponent in the next primary election. The Confressional District Caucuses also elects one delagate and one alternate delagate , and the Tea Party State Conference chooses 2 Delagates and 2 alternate delagates, to attend the National Tea Party Presidential Preference Convention to be held in Iowa prior to the Iowa Presidential Caucuses, that will formally endorse the Tea Party Presdebtial and Vice Presidential Candidates as recommendations to all conservative voters for the 2016 state-by-state Republican Presidential Primary Elections. This is how the National Tea Party Movement expresses its collective voice as an IRS Sec. 527 Independent Political Organization not controlled by any Political Party or Candidates Campaign Committee, functioning as an internal political CONSERVATIVE PRESSURE GROUP influencing the Republican Party, and as a checkmate against a runaway RINO GOP Convention, that refuses to nominate any conservative to the GOP slate, the Tea Party will have an alternative ticket waiting in the wings, able to drain off 20% of the GOP votes in a national election, which requires the Republicans to put a UNITY TEAM of at least one candidate that is a GOP Nominee that is acceptable to the National Tea Party Movement or be repudiated at the polls in penalty for the RINO plan to titalky abandon allconsrvative voters (Jeb Bush: Republicans can win without the Tea Party).
