Attention any investors. Jackalopes and Peculiar Rabbit is looking for the right investor to help us expand into our third exciting location. We are about to add a 5000 sq foot patio on top of Volume lounge and add a kitchen. Investor money would be secured by the equity in the property and we would pay back the loan over a five year period or less. During the payback period we would offer 10% of profits monthly until the note is paid off. Our intentions would be to pay off investor within two years and then give them the opportunity to roll over their investment and become a long term partner in our new venture. We have never done this before. Obviously there is risk involved, but our track record is sound. The amount we are looking for is $250,000.
