**Attention please Stacy Scott - I wrote this for you (Im sure youll read between the lines and guess why ;O) but no doubt others can relate too...** The Bishop of Bullshit - a poem for those who appreciate honesty :) Every single time that he opens his mouth, He just can’t help himself – another lie comes out, About how he ran for President back in ‘82, And his brother is adopted and he came from Timbukto, His Mum she was a model and his Dad he was a spy, His Granny won awards for her famous apple pie, Won a million on the national but gave it all away, He’s had tea with David Beckham - it seems like just yesterday! But his Daddy played for Spurs and his Mum she was a singer, His Aunt a concert pianist - until she broke a finger, When his cousin was on the telly he was famous for a while, Which is why he’s got Rihanna and Madonna on speed dial, But his Mum she was a spy and his Dad he was a model, And his brother’s Head of Mensa – he finds algebra a doddle, His CV is that impressive - NASA sent him to the moon, But he’s failed the latest medical so can’t go back in June, He can tell the saddest story – he might even make you cry, About how he lost his best friend when he choked on apple pie, But he left him a small fortune which was taken by some rogue, And his ex - she’s so unstable she’s got more issues than Vogue, But that really doesnt matter now, tomorrows another day, He’ll win a million on the National -give most of it away, Save the planet from the hooded claw and nuclear disaster, Sell his Porsche and buy a jet so he can get to New York faster, Catch a private plane to London to collect his OBE, Get a helicopter back so he’ll be home in time for tea, He’s the Bishop of Bullshit – and I just don’t know why, That some people still believe him when its clear hes full of lies, He says he blames his childhood – but that’s another story, You can hear it all next week when its told on Jackanory!
