Attention: well cultured people who brag about making things homemade or from scratch when cooking or cook things SIMPLY because the written out description of your food looks like youre a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu... oh, this? Oh its nothing, something I just whipped up! I made a raspberry vinaigrette infused zucchini steak wrapped pork loin with rosemary juice of onion reduction ...know these 2 things: 1) if you EVER say or use the words homemade or from scratch...your bluff is called. When I make Meat Sauce, I never say homemade. Why? Because ITS ALWAYS BEEN homemade. IS there another way? Jar Sauce? What is that?? 2) said Sauce is as good as it gets and doesnt need a descript like fresh Roma tomato purée with sautéed green and red bell pepper and caramelized onion infused pork cutlet with bone in and ground sirloin crumbles. Sauce.
