#AttentionPrettyGirls One of my mentees sent me the video Be Like by Rico Love. It has inspired me to do a town hall meeting with high school girls. (Warning, its EXPLICIT!!--but unfortunately its the truth for far too many in this generation). They need to know a man is NOT a financial plan. You dont chase money, you make money. Acting like the young lady in his video will get you 40+ no education, no career, no professional experience, no retirement plan, no financial plan, no house, no car, a resume that looks like who did it and what for and a pretty face that is beginning to mature. IF you marry, you will likely end up forced to marry who you can tolerate or manipulate instead of who you actually love because NOW you need a place to stay because you guessed it...you dont have a place of your own. Youre cute! We get that! But, so is 2,567,812 other women.The problem with depending solely on your looks is new competition is born everyday. Think about it! A baby girl born today will be the womans beauty you CAN NOT compete with 20 years from now. Get something that ppl younger than you will always lack...YOUR EXPERIENCE. #Ladies its not hot to be the flavor of the month...months change every 30 days. Its not hot to have 200+ social media likes but cant get a call back from an HR rep because your behind is plastered all over Google. You want that BENZ???? Find a career you love and WORK for it! #ClassDismissedForSummerTourKicksOffThisFall
