Attorney General Beau Biden’s office today welcomed more than a dozen judges and prosecutors from the Republic of Montenegro who are in Delaware as guests of the US State Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). Attorney General Biden established a partnership with INL in March, 2013 through which Delaware prosecutors provide periodic training, advising, and mentoring to foreign nations’ justice sector personnel. This is the second training Bidens office has conducted with legal officials from Montenegro - in November, 2012 State Prosecutor Kathleen Jennings and then-Chief Deputy Attorney General Charles Butler conducted a week-long training for local prosecutors and law enforcement in Montenegro.
