Attorney General and future Governor Greg Abbott won again at the Supreme Court, this time upholding the constitutionality of Texas Voter ID law. The liberal trio dissented, arguing that black and Hispanic Americans are too stupid, in essence, to get a voter ID card. Naturally, their collective foolishness fails in the light of reality. The very people these liberal justices assume to be so limited in mental capacity already have Texas drivers licenses. Just imagine their consternation. According to Fox News, ...Ginsburg and fellow dissenting justices were up all night Friday, into Saturday morning, writing their statement skewering the law. Ginsburg provided the after-trial entertainment by first declaring photo identification cards issued by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs not being an acceptable form of ID in Texas - Ginsburgs staff discovered the gaff and quickly revised her dissenting statement.
