Attorney General was ill advised in the case of dragging parliament to court. I dont see a reason why this matter was made a court case when we know the president is part of parliament and yet he is immune to legal proceedings therefore I foresee a ruling against the AG on matters that the president as part of parliament can be legally challenged and also there is a provision in section I think 76 of how parliament runs its internal matters. In my opinion I believe the AG intend to embarass my president, because they made us believe that it is him who has dragged parties to court. We need social dialogues because go nna goilwe ko court will not benefit us who voted and who feel the brunt of poverty and economic hardships.
