Attorney at Law Anslem Clouden says the dilapidated condition of court number two, just close to the top of market hill, continues to be a safety hazard for people utilizing the building. He laments that these conditions which he describes as inhumane must be addressed. Speaking on Monday’s behind the headlines, Attorney Clouden called for a complete renovation of the facility. President of the Grenada O.E.C.S bar associations, Ruggles Ferguson, has also identified the Supreme Court registry as another facility in need of renovation. He said these challenges have contributed to prolonged delays in the administration of justice.
