Auditions for the following Cast take place this Saturday from 1:30 - 3:30 PM at Northlake Church of Christ in Tucker. Lillian – mother, 81. Seemingly forgetful, but possibly wily. Larger than life, optimistic, addicted to cigarettes, gourmet cook and wine aficionado, consummate hostess. Her love of food is a metaphor for love of life and seeing life as a feast. Jane – Lillian’s daughter, 50. Widowed, childless. Agnostic. Workaholic, cautious, prudent. Reluctant to enter into romantic relationships. Dutiful daughter, but has unresolved issues with mother. Committed to truth and driven by logic. Dennis – Hospice chaplain, 50s. Former liquor dealer. Divorced. Considers himself a failure in love and better at agape than eros. Pragmatic and attracted to Jane. Hilda – Hispanic caregiver. Any age. Mild Hispanic accent. Bossy. Battles Lillian for control, but cares for her.
