Aug 4th will always be one of those days for me. 11 years ago, on Aug 4th, my mama left my arms to go to Heaven. 22 months ago today, my beautiful daughter Kristina Vieira went to join her there. When we lost my mom, it was hard to say goodbye. She was the best mama in the world and we miss her, but her life had been long and blessed. She was ready to meet her Lord. When I lost my Kristina, it was a different story. She was a young mother with 4 children who needed her. She was my best friend. She was a wife, a mother, a daughter, sister and friend that was needed here on earth for a WHOLE lot longer than we had her. Our lives were turned upside down when we lost her...and none of us will ever be the same again. I miss you Kristina, with all of my heart...My comfort is knowing you and Mom are together again in Heaven. Happy Angelversary Mom and KC! I love you both.
