Served with choice of bacon OR sausage and a small juice. • Veggie Wrap– Grilled zucchini, yellow squash, red & yellow bell peppers, mushrooms, cilantro, brown rice and black beans in your choice of sun-dried tomato, spinach, wheat or flour tortilla then topped with mango salsa. Served with fries, chips, soup, salad bar, or onion rings. **FRIDAY** • Southwest Relleno & Eggs- Two eggs, Stuffed pacila chile topped with Jack cheese, black beans, corn, guacamole, sour cream, cilantro and scallions. Served with potatoes and refried beans. • Spinach Fruit Salad- Raw spinach, topped with chicken, fresh berries, grapes, peaches, slivered almonds, micro sprouts and goat cheese.
