August 17, 2014 To Whom It May Concern: I am your neighbor up the street, behind the church, 104 Sanders Dr., and my name is Donna Mullis I am a very kind, considerate person. I have a white shih tzu so I am Very animal oriented. Your black dogs did this to my arrangement this morning. I have hollered at them several times seeing them run up and down the street, chasing cars, etc. If you are new to the area, then you need to know there is a leash law That states you are to keep your pets either fenced or leashed. I have called Animal Control on several other loose running dogs, and will do the same to yours in the morning. If I catch them in my yard again, I will kill them, no questions asked. They are not going to be allowed to do monetary damage to my property without consequences. I came here twice today to let you know, and I am sure if you have ridden by my house, you have seen this mess in my yard. I am very conscientious about my surroundings, which is more than I can say for some of the other neighbors in this area. But that is a choice We all have. I would like to be neighbors with you, as I am with others here on Sanders Dr., but as I have told them, will not tolerate their pets being nuisances…Mine is not and I expect the same in return.
