August 22, 2014 Phillips Weight Loss Plan My stats today: Weight: 205.9 Sugar: 92 Blood Press: 119/70 Heart Rate: 68 Once again, All of these normal stats are without medicine. They are not as low as yesterday but still normal. I expected it to be up because of my weight gain. Weight gain is directly proportional to your stats. So, if you are like me, and, you see your personal stats going just check to see where you weight is going. up, Duhhhh! Total Calories yesterday: 2285. out of control. I mindlessly ate yesterday. I did some cooking for family & did not even think as I taste tested along. Total Carbs yesterday: 73, out of sight. Out of Ketosis. How do I know? I gained weight. Yesterdays meals: Brk: sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, milk Lun: roasted chicken, turnip greens, string beans Sup: salad w/tomatoes /thousand island, hot sausage, rib eye steak, corn on cob w/ butter, and other things. Yike! I was out of control yesterday ! Remember, Ketosis is your friend. It literally melts fat away. You do not need pills or shakes or any artificial means. Its all in the diet. Eat less than 20 carbs a day and you will burn fat. Tip: I had fun with my friends but you must be temperate at all times. Back on my regular plan today. Observation: OK! Im human, but I knew that. Ate 2 of my meals yesterday with other people. I lost track of consumption totally. Felt stuffed all day. I overdid it and gained weight back. That one corn on the cob was over 20 carbs by itself. I should have looked first. & constrained myself. Had no clue though I knew it was starchy. The starch turned to sugar then turned to fat so fast and filled up My fat cells. It was soooo good and sweet especially with butter. & salt. I paid the price with my weight gain. I may be a four days before I go back down. Jennifer Morris, on Aug. 19 post said it was 2 days of eating right & Ketosis would kick back in. Ok Ill see.?plus she had had some other great info to share. But for now my weight is up. Rats! But I am back on my life plan. So easy. My target weight is 150. I will achieve! And you can too!
