August 29, 2014 I visited the small mountain community of Del Rio, Tennessee. Took some photos to share with you all. Del Rio has a lot of history all of its own. From mountain life to Civil War, poverty, and couldve been commercialized like Pigeon Forge, but luckily got missed. If you do the research youll find out Del Rio is a small town, that people did have prospects on back in the day, but so far out in the mountains that it sometimes best to leave these small towns alone for whatever the reason. It ruins the natural beauty of what it has become and that is Del Rio. As we learn today, towns like Del Rio are hard to come by. Not much has changed.
