August 3, 2014: Lets be positive...please no negativity. 😞 This hurts my heart to say this, but I have had some people say negative things about me taking photos of my sweet child after he crawled into the dryer after I finished folding our clothes, all the while I was standing right there next to him might I mention and of course, while it was turned off. Here is the main thing, I am so thankful for so many prayers and am beyond appreciative of everyone!! My child is sick and we are fighting a tough battle everyday and when I see a memory worth making and a picture worth taking then I am going to jump on it. I am sure that as kids we have all climbed in a dryer one or maybe even more than once, so please dont feel like you need to post a negative comment. Momma always said if you cant say anything nice it is best to say nothing at all. So....please, lets be positive and pray/hope/fight for a cure. Lets enjoy life and live in every happy moment we are blessed with. I know I am! I have chosen to invite each of you to enjoy this journey with us and fight alongside of me and my family as we win this battle for Clay and all the others who are battling cancer. So please, no negative or rude comments. On a better note---Clay is and has been a ball of energy today. We took him for ice cream tonight at Dairy Queen and just enjoyed a family night with my Mom and her boyfriend, Ron. I am constantly thanking God for always being right beside of my family and holding my sweet boy in his loving hands during this journey. Be thankful for every second.
