August 3rd 1974 is the day my folks dropped me off at the Mission Home in Salt Lake City Utah. The beginning of the 2nd most important adventure of my life. A two year journey that changed me from a kid to a man...I will always be grateful for the people I met and served, for their love and teaching that changed my life...August 3, 1974 through August 13, 1976.......... The Original mission call was to the Delaware Maryland mission, upon entering the Mission home in Salt Lake City, they changed the name to the Washington D. C. Mission. The area of the mission was all of Maryland, Washington D. C, Northern Virgina, Blue Ridge of West Virginia, and South New Jersey and Delaware. I served in Beltsville, Md, Ft. Meade Maryland, Springfield Va, Arlington Va. and Silver Springs Md. Today I celebrate my 40th anniversary of entering the mission field...Cant believe it has been that long ago...seems just like yesterday... Time stops for no person....
