Auniqueaquistion Bows for New Stable (11/01/13) By Mike Paradise When the ICF 3-year-old filly division leader Auniqueaquistion goes postward as the public’s choice in Friday’s $12,000 Giggles The Clown stake she’ll have her regular driver Mike Oosting at her lines but she’ll be racing out of a new barn. The daughter of Cole Muffler joined the stable of trainer Erin Elliot last week when owner John Carver sold half of Auniqueaquisition to Dandy Farms, Inc. of Glenview, IL for an undisclosed sum of money. “I’m excited to have her,” said Jeffrey Davis, who along with Matthew Shipley comprises Dandy Farms, Inc. “The sale came about kind of suddenly,” said Jeff. Carver purchased Auniqueaquisition at the 2011 Walker Sale for a robust $150,000. The daughter of Cole Muffler is out of the very successful broodmare Shessoluvabull, making her a full sister to such ICF star pacers as Enzo The Baker (1:51.2 at 2) and Iam Bonasera (1:49.2), both former Super Night winners. Auniquaquisition became the third member of the family with a Super Night championship when she captured this year’s Grandma Ann Final. The filly made $233,145 for Carver in 2013 after putting $103,155 on her card as a freshman. Dandy Farms Inc. bought the 7-year-old trotter Celebrity Hercules (1:53.1) back in January for $24,000 and he’s won over $130,000 for them with 14 season victories. They also have purchased some solid pacers as Firstclassallthway (1:49.3), Crime of Passion (1:51.1), Love This Place (1:50.2), Ladybones (1:53), Schmatie (1:53.3) and Rhombus (1:50.2). “We plan on racing Auniqueaquistion the same way we’ve raced our other horses and that’s taking them back and forth from Indiana to Illinois depending on what’s available for them. “I don’t think Auniqueaquistion has ever raced at Hoosier but she gets around Maywood so well that I think she’ll be just fine around their seven-eighths track. We’re looking forward to her 4-year-old season. We know she’ll be taking on some very good horses but we think she’ll be very competitive. “We’re always looking for quality horses and we do prefer Illinois breds. We think there’s money do be made if you can get good ones.” There’s no doubt Dandy Farms has acquired a good one in Auniqueaquistion who is already 3-for-3 this year at Maywood where she took the $100,000 Maywood Filly Pace in early summer.
