Aunt Jo! This woman kept me in stitches my pre-teen years. She’d play Intellivision and yell at the games. I likened her to Beatrice Arthur in the late seventies. They were both tall and funny. She rarely cooked but one time she was making French fries for us kids and she didn’t know I was in the kitchen doorway, and I saw her spit in the pan! She told me that was how to tell if the oil was hot or not. Lisa and Kathy Jo had a lot of fries that night, lol. And the look on her face when she bit into a piece of Lisa’s chocolate birthday cake … I put pepper in the mix when no one was watching. She was so disgusted and she shouted, GREG! RIP, Aunt Jo.
