The sequence of shots was taken on June 29, 2014 from 19:38:02 to 20:10:16 GMT, on a pass from central Africa, west of Gabon, to southern Australia. This video begins look southeast over central Africa, and continues on to southeastern Africa, looking at larger cities of Pretoria, Durban, and Port Elizabeth before flying over the southern Indian Ocean. As the ISS begins over the black Indian Ocean at night, the Aurora Australis can be seen near the end of the video.
