Australia will never be competative manufacturer when they put Gatekeepers to employment. The Gatekeeper (labor hire) esculates the cost of labor. Labor hire increases the cost of labor by , up to 100%. because of this the 247 visa is the only way to level labor costs to maintane a competative market.(Prime Minister uses 247 visa to find employees) Recruitement Agencies,Job centres,and all third party Employers continue to apply costs to Labor.So much so that The Australian will be priced out of the employment and manufacturing Markets.Removal of Labor Hire, and Recruitement Agencies would bring labor costs back to a workable position without reducing the real wages of Australians.The Internett provides a no cost application feild that a Companies HR officer can use for recruitement....rather than sitting down to long lunches with Labor Hire. Small Business would benefit as they would have more acheivable Labor costs.
