Australian Police Bust Potential ISIS Beheading Plot (Or Fake To Justify Terror Level?) Prosecutors say extremists plotted to abduct a random person and kill them in an attack clearly designed to shock and horrify. What we need to keep in mind is that just recently the Australians upped the Terror Level and at the time it seemed a bit of an over-reaction considering it wasnt Australians at threat from IS in the spate of beheadings that took place. But now the Australian public will be more than happy to accept there are scare Islamic State fighters lucking around every or any corner, and before too long the government will be taking more of their right to keep them safe from so-called terror plots that may or may not be planned on them.
