Australia’s oldest and most successful Water Polo Club, Balmain Water Polo are proud to announce the signing of an historic agreement with ActivateUTS. President Phillip Bower, Secretary Ann-Marie Miranda, Gavin Wood - Four time Olympian, Past National League player and former UTS Student and Kate Biviano - Current National League Player and future UTS Student met with Kerry-Ann Plant - ActivateUTS CFO and Aimee Purcell - UTS Sport and Recreation Manager for the signing of the agreement and a presentation to UTS of framed UTS Balmain National League costumes. This partnership will see the club move forward under the name UTS Balmain Water Polo Club and enable us to provide many exciting opportunities for our athletes. The Clubs consistent success at the elite level is mirrored by success in the National League, State League and Junior Leagues. Balmain Water Polo has amazing depth and talent, which is supported by a team of first class coaches and pool of volunteers. Our club is based at the Dawn Fraser Baths in Balmain.
