Authority. Everybody knows the word and has an idea what it means. Its definitely good and definitely bad. This is not a yes/no question. Can you give your neighbor the right to do what you cannot? Of course not. But, yes you can, with authority. How far do you have to go back before there was authority ? How far before Police? Before 1913 there was no federal tax. Now they have the authority to @ make money and establish interest rates. Everybody is constantly screaming about equality. Thats when people where as close to equal as they will ever be. People will always get away with what they can. A law doesnt prevent anything. There are always norms. It doesnt have to written on a piece of paper. People have always murdered. And one person can kill other people but only authority can kill hundreds of millions. A person can rob others but authority can rob whole nations. Just THINK about it the concept- not just the word.
