***Available for Adoption!*** A volunteer writes: A gorgeous face just made for the camera, warm brown eyes with a touch of playful mischief, the kind of inherent style that makes people say shed look good even wearing a sack...sounds familiar doesnt it? Meet Halle, our very own celebrity-in-waiting! Despite never knowing a life of leisure this beautiful young lady still strides out into the world with the same classic elegance as her namesake (albeit sporting the heartbreakingly saggy chest of a throw-away mama) and shes eager to meet and greet fans of both the two- and four-legged variety with tail wags and a friendly smile. Halles manners are as fine as her looks and she walks nicely in a harness leash, taking care of all her business along the way and passing other dogs with ease and the occasional longing backwards glance. Shell sit for treats and even in her half-starved state, take them very gently from my hand, and when I call her over she gets up beside me on the bench for some hugs (from me) and kisses (from her) before hopping off to go exploring once more. The perfect mix of affection and independence, this sweet girl is a superstar in the making and with some time and TLC shes going to look as fabulous on the outside as she already is on the inside.
