Avoid High Sugar Foods. Many “low fat” or “ no fat” products on the market are instead loaded with sugar. Sugar stresses the pancreas causing an over-secretion of insulin which in turn causes blood sugar to go too low. Sugar is easily turned into triglycerides (fat) by the liver. Triglycerides are a major contributor to heart disease and obesity. Note: Chocolate is the worst food of this category.
