If you’re stuck in front of a screen, try this quick stretch to keep the avoidable pain away. Start by sitting up straight. Keeping your head level, gently turn your head to the right as far as you can comfortably go. Hold this for 20 to 30 seconds, and then repeat in the other direction. Next, with your eyes looking forward, tilt your head toward your shoulder and hold for 20 to 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side. The final step is to promise yourself to do these stretches once every hour while you’re on the computer.
