Aw yes, the pros and cons of living in a small town. So we did business with a company here in town. They need to come back and fix something that needs fixing. So we discussed back in April. They recognized it needs fixing but it is a busy time of year they said and we are next on the list. So I call later in the summer, checking to see where we are on the list. Oh yes, we are next they say. So...I have since called 5 times, left messages and not once have they even called me back. So here is the problem with a small town. We know everyone they know. I dont want to cause problems but what do I do? I am very upset because it really does need fixing...and without rocking the boat, I just cant understand why they wouldnt even call me back. I mean lets face it, I am a pretty nice person...so why avoid me? Any advice? I do know the wife but not sure if I should mix business with friends.... :(
