Away from the fact that I spent my day puking yesterday, I have a exponential amount of restlessness this evening and with that must I add just enough stress to give me a slight case of anxiety.. This is why I chose to stay busy 24-7 and even just one day of puking is too much off time, this is why I try and focus on something at all times my kids, business, working out, just something; Anything but never nothing cause then everything feels overwhelming. I dont know if that makes any sense to anyone else but im sure someone gets it; just in case you actually read this post give yourself a pat on the back. You survived my 3:30am rant. Think Im going to read words, synonyms, definitions, maybe even antonyms and have a unique word party to relax. Yea some people chose to have a drink on nights like this. Not me - I say lets read the dictionary! The virtual dictionary I am to sick to sit up fml.. Lol
