Missing are: foliage and/or small trees around the periphery of the pool area...and overhead lighting, such as a removable cover or plexi-glass ceiling...and no towel racks or side tables for pool users. You need minimum 3 ft. clearance between all walls and furniture in this arrangement. As such, the "pool room" is roughly 3 ft. short in the length and width dimensions. It appears to have a 12 ft. ceiling above the pool with a more standard 7 - 7.5 ft. ceiling for the living area. This create a "cave"-like effect for the living area, drawing people OUT of that part of the home toward the more-open, welcoming pool area. People living here are likely to have difficulty expressing their emotions, possibly becoming secretive and a bit introverted. A well-designed home has accommodations for everyone living there. If this home has Children, side rails/see-through fences along the pool would be required. If a person with difficulty walking or in a wheelchair, a glide-down ramp or a manual or powered swing-over hawyer-lift would be added.
