Hit a 735 lbs deadlift for 3 reps maxing out the bar for what the gym here has (yes those are all the 45s in the gym) and then get told I am not allowed to deadlift here anymore. I have been going to @motionfitnesscanada for a year and a half and you can bet they are going to hear from me. I am generally someone who is extremely calm and understanding, but telling me I cannot do 1 of 3 primary compound movements is bull! Apparently we are no better than planet fitness over here.
