Awesome apartment available. Please spread the word! Ill give $400 to whoever takes over the lease! My wife and I lived at the Falls at Canyon Rim for several months and loved it there. However, due to employment we had to move down to Cedar City, and are looking for someone to take over the lease on our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment. Right now, the Falls is offering a $200 move-in special. Also, I am willing to offer whoever takes over the lease $400. You wont find a better move-in deal. Its a beautiful complex with fantastic amenities. The master bedroom is HUGE, with a vanity and a walk-in closet. Washer/Dryer hookups available, Internet and TV ready, Fridge and Dishwasher included. You dont have to do any yard work or snow shoveling! A patio is available and they do allow gas grills. Also, this apartment is on the FIRST FLOOR so, NO STAIRS! And its one of the few apartments with the covered parking place very close to the door, only about 15 feet! Its a fantastic deal!
