Awesome beach run and workout today....Its a super high tide this morning like over 6ft so I ended up running in the water again...it is a good workout but not super fun when your shoes are full of sand. Im thinking about my November fitness program. I think its gonna look like this.... 4 x 5 mile run or longer weekly 100 push-ups, 100 crunches or sit-ups, 20 pull-ups daily 3 x full body gym workout weekly 5 x Yoga or sculpt weekly Surf...as much as possible I think this is very doable...Im pretty much already doing it except for the push-ups and pull-ups. Hmm I wonder if I could slip in a TRX or boot camp once a week.... Is anyone interested in being a workout partner for some or all of this?
