Awesome house in San Bartolome Becerra, Guatemala (close to the Nestle factory and Panorama, 1Q bus from central station and 1 stop). 10 mins or less outside of Antigua. 2 bedrooms available. One with 2 large beds and a conjoined bathroom and plenty of closet space. The other will be available at the end of this month or beginning of next month. Rent is cheap, 4,000 Quetzales ($500) total and bills amount to about 700 (about $100) Quetzales. Rent for the room would come out to about 1,800 Quetzales (bills included). Wi-Fi (2 megs) is available and we have a maid that comes every other week.
