Methodology : The random member was generated by first assigning sequential IDs to all submissions. Atmospheric interference bands were tied to various frequencies and assigned a number. The point of intersection of these frequencies is used to generate a random number by adding, multiplying, or placing these numbers in a sequence. No one can claim this was rigged. (Except I know Devlyn Little was screaming about DSD from the rooftops and causing the interference to begin with)
