Cannot wait o share his progress photos lather in the year ; So I had a hernia for about 9 months in total and my weight went up to around 17.9 stone at my heaviest point before my operation. Training with this was mega painful and almost impossible at times, I have a lot of friends in the fitness and gym world who offered to help me with Diet and training but for some reason I felt I would stick to something more if I paid for it. I had heard alot of good things about Jake and his positive attitude towards training and getting people results we spoke a few times and decided once my op was sorted and healed we would make a start which was towards the end of Oct. Im 34 years old so no spring chicken but now in the best shape of my life ready for my wedding and also racing superbikes this year currently I am down to 14.4 stone as of so about 4 months diet hard work and training when I started with Jake I was around 17 stone as I started back training before we started together. Jake has been awesome with this and always on hand any-time ive needed him. I am possibly the most fussy client he has ever had food wise but we have worked together with this and made it work for me. Yes I am super dedicated and put a lot into what I do but its so worth it. Ive had days in the gym I feel sick and hate Jake with a passion the same as waking at 7 am doing morning Hiit CV but if you want something you need to put the work in. I found its so much easier letting Jake do the workings out food wise and training plan which leaves me the time needed to train and eat clean. Its too much work to do every part of it and harder to stick to your own diet plan than something Jake will do for you trust me I have done it in the past. After my wedding we will be aiming to keep my fitness and strength up and improve on dropping my bodyfat percentage down. Huge thanks to Jake his passion for training and getting results is awesome and this year we will get even more results. Terry Fuller
