Awesome weekend? Didnt exactly follow the best nutrition? It happens. Heres what I do to really clean it up, usually leaving me feeling better than I was before. -upgraded glutathione (potent antioxidant and cleans the liver and kidneys), dandelion greens (cleanses the blood) daikon radish (cleanses), cilantro (cleanses), niacin (kickstarts the detoxification process), upgraded coconut charcoal (removes toxins) he shou wu (blood builder) arginine (circulates that clean blood that you are building) aloe vera leaf (assists with moving things along) I double up on Orac energy greens (dont overdo it on juicing and greens, you over-oxidized the system now youre actually working against the process) Ill do 4 NOW multimineral caps and himalayan salt to to re - mineralize the system. Turmeric is huge. 2 tbs organic cold pressed olive oil at night to nourish and cleanse the liver. Drink a good amount of water, but not too much, you want to retain these good minerals that youre replenishing the system with. Listen to your body. I like a teaspoon of GABA, 500mg of phenibut combined with 500mg of l-theanine to really get me in that deep sleep so Im locked in and good to go the following day. If you ate things that you normally dont and are having difficulty, an organic psyllium husk flush is great. I wouldnt do it too often though. Add 3-4 tbs to water, down it and let it go to work on your digestive tract. The biggest game changer for me is the coffee + 50mg of niacin about 30-40 mins before a workout. Sweat it out. Replenish. Good to go.
