Awful service with OSN OSN I would like to share with all your subscibers the ugly experience we have with you. We subscibed to your network 6 months ago and have had the normal SD reciever delivered to our place, this was until the new HD receiver would be swapped for us for free after a month (as per your salespersons). Now, we still have the same old SD reciever and because almost all the channels on OSN have become HD we are not able to view any of them. So basically, you are making us paying for something that is not exist .Moreover, you are providing this new reciever for your new subscribers, And refusing to cancel our subscription. However, we will keep sharing this issue yo wran people from dealing with such disleading and untrustworthy company Plus we will send a complaint to Consumer Protection Agency.
