Awhile back I mentioned that to qualify for paralympic swimming I had to swim 25 yards. Today, for the first time in three years and 3 days, and under the coaching of Alex the lifeguard (who is also the swim coach at Carmel Commons Country Club). After almost 2 hr.s of drills, I SWAM, no almost drowning, no barrel rolls and no panic fits. I was 3 feet from the 25 yrd. marker. We decided that I need to stick to freestyle and backstroke, with backstroke taking the lead, as I REALLY SUCK at the other ones LOL! Thank-you Alex!!!!!!!
