Awhile back, commenting on someone elses post, I mentioned the value in scanning old photos, etc. at the highest resolution possible to reveal items hidden from view in the background. The Nova Scotia Public Archives has a 1932 photograph of Oxford that shows the value of high-resolution imagery. For example - heres a zoomable image from the W. R.
