AyaPie: //zooms away from the grammar police -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ayato and Harunaâs literal âbumpingâ into each other was not the ideal thing that happened. Ayato was a rather rude guy, not caring if he hurts someone emotionally. Being the âintellectualâ one like his father was, he never really cared for othersâ thoughts and opinions. On the other hand, Haruna was the nicest girl around, constantly expressing nice values to everyone, making her loved and protected. Her smile didnât falter, it never did. She carries the heaviest burden, but she doesnât even care. Ayato and Haruna are the complete opposite of each other. Like the opposite sides of the Magnet, they attract each other⊠But their feelings wonât ever connect. Everyday, Haruna would flash Ayato a bright smile, which he pretends to not see. He doesnât want to be friends with anyone. Itâs ridiculous. Heâs intelligent, he can ace every exams, he has a bright future. He doesnât need those so-called friends, for they would just be a distraction. On the other side, Haruna always wanted friends, but she wasnât given any. She was always inside, drawing whatever things she feels to draw. The only people she talks to is her brother and parents. Due to her condition, she was never allowed to mingle with others. Thatâs how they live their life. And thatâs how theyâre attracted to each other. A person isolated, and a person seeking isolation. Ayato began to notice how Haruna meant to him, just by simply looking at her. Harunaâs smile made his heart beat fast, his cheeks redden, his actions unusual. But he simply swatted it away, like a mosquito landing on his skin. Otherwise, it might infect him. Haruna, on the other hand, knew about this feeling, ever since he met him, but sheâs afraid. Afraid to know what he will do. Ayato is just too precious to her after all. They are at a loss of what to do with all the feelings they have. Itâs just too near, yet they couldnât bring it closer, afraid it will not bring everything together. However, as her burden became too much for her, Haruna completely left, giving Ayato a big hole in his heart. His feelings, all of it came to a waste just because he was a coward, too much cowardice reigned over him. As Haruna passed away, their love was demagnetized, as it lost the chance to attract each other. https://fanfiction.net/s/10630591/1/The-2nd-Generation-of-Red-Eyes-Short-Fics
