Aye well I must confess I like watching/snapping Waxies and Short-eared Owls too - as well as pretty much any other feathered and flying object! ;-) These were from a year or two back, though Im looking forward to a bumper Waxwing winter this year. Were due another invasion after last winters smaller numbers - seems they arrive en-mass every other winter these days - used to be just once in a decade not too many years ago! Bring it on Waxies! ;-)
