Ayo Ighodalo Abimbola wrote via facebook: My Distinguished Senator Kaka, I have read in entirety, your interview with Ayo Esan of the National Mirror. I must say that Im incredibly proud of your accomplishments in every aspects of your service to the PEOPLE of Ogun state. The comment I particularly cherished the most among your responses with regards to 2015 struck a particular chord with me because the comment revealed that characteristic of the true political leader in you, unlike the many do or die political jobbers/usurpers who now dominate the polity in Nigeria today. The comment of reference goes thus: QUOTE - ...What are you aspiring for in 2015? Are you returning to the Senate or at what level do you want to serve? In other words, what should the people expect from you? What they should expect from me is to continue serving God and humanity in whatever capacity it pleases God to place me and it pleases the people of my constituency and beyond to accept and to allow me to serve. In Yoruba land, you don’t crown yourself as king; it is the kingmakers and the people of the domains that determine who their king is going to be. If it pleases our people and it is with the pleasure of the Almighty God, I am still agile, no dementia, and of course willing to serve. If there is opportunity for me to serve, I will and if there are none I am also old enough to start mentoring those that are coming behind, it will be my pleasure. The world is not made for any individual, it is like a stage, and the actors get in and get out. If you like you can liken it to a barrack where soldiers go, soldiers come, the barrack remains. Once we have played our own part, we leave the rest. The final determination of what 2015 is going to be like still resides with the people and the Almighty Allah... - END QOUTE. Thank you for being the good guy that you are!!.
