The police officers claimed that they found false local currencies on him. After some time the police changed its claim saying that Dashgin had illegally had the narcotics on himself. As a result, a legal case has been raised against Dashgin on article 234.10 of Criminal Code (obtaining illegally narcotics without reason of selling and keeping and selling narcotics). Based on artificially fabricated case, the court decided to keep him under arrest for two months long as if they found 1.49 g narcotics on him. In addition, before the member of PFPA Yought Committee Cabbar Savalanli had been sentenced from same article. Since he is born ill suffering from bronchial asthma he must have medical treatment every 6 month in hospital. Besides that he is 2-nd group invalid. Dashgin Malikov is an active young member of Azerbaijan Popular Front Party. He is known for his active performance in social media and protests held by the opposition. In last court process, prosecutor demanded for him 3 year in jail. To be released from prison, Local and international initiatives must be increased and in that way we need all to help us."
