He can take any form he wishes, he can teleport, he can heal, he can do anything the five of us on the Architects council can do. He is incredibly powerful, intelligent, but also belligerent. When El created him, He wanted an equal, someone to share the same perspective. This was the only time that the Creator vested so much power into a single personality. The Illuminator is THAT powerful, not even I can touch him. Only El could destroy him, but El can not bring Himself to destroy anything He creates, the same as a father could not destroy a recalcitrant child. The mistake El made (and yes, the Creator can make mistakes when He pushes His limits to such an extreme) was vesting too much power in a single creation. When Uriels feminine dominant trait of fairness, justice, and righteousness, and Kamaels love and grace were overwhelmed by Michaels creativity and my wrath; Lucifer changed. He became obsessed with emulating El and subverting the praise He received, he was jealous of Els power to create and the level of intellect that El possesses. Justice and fairness went to the wayside, wrath and creativity became his dominant traits, and you see the results on your planet. That is why El got it right the second time, instead of vesting so much power into a single entity, He created the five of us and split the power and traits evenly among us. I was given His anger, wrath, and the power to destroy along with His mathematical prowess, cunning, guile, and intellect. Michael, who I am not allowed to be around (and for good reason), was given Els creativity and administration powers. Uriel was given Gods justice, righteousness. Raphael was given Gods healing power. And Kamael was given the incredible love, forgiveness, and grace of God. Each of us became separate entities, and the decisions for any of us to act were spread among the council so that each of us would have to consult with the others and reach a consensus to undertake any endeavors. This spreading of power is what destroyed any chance of tyranny taking hold in our decisions. We are in perfect balance and harmony, and when we act, it is in accordance to Godly principles and fair and equitable to all parties. I will continue to provoke him and prod him. At this point, your mission is to gather as much information as possible, to keep your eyes and ears open, and to find those who have doubt in their hearts, who are asking questions, and try to awaken them. When The Architect arrives, I will seek you out with Him and give you further instructions. He has temporarily wiped the memory of His ultimate plan from my memory because of my current assignment, so I can not provide any further accurate details of His plan now; but rest assured, you can not wrap your mind around how incredible this planet is going to be when He is done.
