B&E IN PROGRESS (DELAYED FOR OFFICER SAFETY-EARLIER CALL): 4300 Blk of Newark Rd. Caller, the landlord, is on the back porch, relaying info from one of the tenants there, from in their basement. Caller thinks there is someone inside the neighbors residence. A similar situation with a B&E on Lake Pleasant Rd. The scream is cut on the E. side of the house on a bedroom window. Caller states they bother heard something fall off the wall in the other residence. Tenant the landlord is talking to stated they hear noises a few hours ago. Landlord thinks they heard someone in there also. The tenant and the landlord are both on back porch now. The tenant of the residence in question isnt answering their phone and their car is gone. Police checked inside the residence and everything was secure and no one was inside. #Attica
