B Flow writes: It is very clear that Edgar Lungu and Hakainde Hichilema are in very serious competition, and its evident in the behavior of their supporters. However, should one of these two men emerge victorious after 20th January as Zambian President, I hope that the youths who are fighting each other on behalf of these party leaders will still have their teeth intact or if theyll even be remembered by the people they show this type of loyalty to. Its funny how youths fight physically and hurt each other yet they remain poor and unemployed, whereas politicians fight verbally and shake hands and even work together later to become richer and richer. My question is: Are these politics or poliTRICKS? My appeal to fellow youths is that we must all vote(zero apathy), lets do it peacefully and choose a leader that is genuine, not one who gives us gifts during campaigns and dump us after. Dont give us money,teach us how to make it. On tuesday well give someone a job because what politicians are asking for is employment. So let them reciprocate that favor, by remembering to also give us jobs. Only then will it be a fair deal. I hope youths can open their eyes and learn from experience. A citizen is the employer of the president through the ballot. And I hope politicians or should I say this weeks job seekers will remember us when we exchange roles. God bless Zambia. B FLOW Zambia.
