SH. K R KAMATH CMD PNB NEWDELHI HAS LOOTED PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK BY MANY WAYS.HE HAS EARNED AND OBTAIN GRATIFICATION IN SHAPE MONEY AND IN SHAPE OF GOLD PNB GOLD COINS. Respected Sir, Most respectfully I would like to bring to your kind notice that Mr.k.R.kamath, who has made PNB as his empire for the last five years. Our PNB was top among all the PSBs when he taken over as CMD.but the situation has now turned entirely opposite and there are so many PSBs which are ahead of PNB and PNB has degraded toso many places among PSBs.The NPA level is very high, Capital base is eroded and employees are in the stage of fear of Charge sheets, departmental enquires and penalties. This has happened only because of his autocratic attitude, wrong top management policy decisions and corrupt practices at top management level. There are so many instances and examples of policy makings at HO level which are sufficient to prove that Mr.Kamath is most corruptCMDof PNB.Few examples are as below- 1 . One of his sons is working in Airtel and PNB has made corporate level tie-up with airtel forcing all the PNB employees to use airtel SIM only. The guidelines were circulated that reimbursement of cell phone bills were made to only those employees who will be using airtel SIM.It was done by Mr.K R kamath by abusing his official position to benefit his son. 2. His second son is working in MetLife and Mr.K R Kamath has renamed MetLife as PNB MetLife by purchasing more than 30% of shares of MetLife. His only focus in the Bank is to pressurising the field functionaries to sell only PNB MetLife products. That’s why PNB is losing its core business and selling only third party products. There are different award schemes formulated by our bank for employee who sells maximum number of PNB MetLife products. 3. M.R.kamath has formulated and launched a scheme named PNB-Pragati. The scheme is formulated for designated branches in which all the existing interior infrastructure of the branch is to be dismantled and new infrastructure is to be created. The Team of contractors to perform the task has been approved at Head Office level only. This has been done only to take bribe from contractors directly at his own level so that any other cannot intervene at Circle or Branch level. A huge chunk of amount has been spent under the scheme so for. However, there is no change at ground level. The field functionaries are so diverted from the main stream banking that they are not able to concentrate on their assets portfolios. As a result loans become NPAs and then special investigations are conducted to penalise the field functionaries weather he is sanctioning authority or other onward Incumbents who have the responsibility of post sanction follow up. Thereafter the people are charge-sheeted, departmental displinary enquiry proceedings started and harsh penalties like reduction to lower stages, reduction to lower post, Compulsory retirement and even dismissal from service, are imposed by Displaniry authorities in convenience with Central Vigilance Officer & CMD.In fact, penalties imposed are equated with loss occurred to bank on becoming loans as NPAs. The height of the pressure put by top management on the field functionaries can be measured by one instance only that recently one PNB employee namely Mr.Ajay Sehgal was forced to commit suicide in Chandigarh Circle. The number employees penalised during the last five years is greater than the total number employees penalised during the rest of age of PNB.Hence, It can be imagined that how a cruel and corrupt person he is. It is requested to your esteemed Office to conduct in-depth enquiry for fact findings so that these types of autocratic and corrupt persons be sent behind the bars. PLEASE GIVE ME APPOINTMENT FOR REINSTATE ME. YOUR CURRUPT OFFICERS HAS CRS ME WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE OR WITHOUT ANY FRAUD AND AN ANY OTHER REASON. SIR IF YOU NOT GIVE ME TIME FOR REAPPEAL MY CASE TO YOUR GOODSELF .I WILL LODGED COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU TO CVC ,CBI,DIECTOR ENFOCEMENT.CHIEF INCOME TAX ED ,PRESIDENT OF INDIA ,PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA,FINANCE MINISTER OF INDIA NEWDELHI FOR YOUR CURRUPTION CASE.FOR INQUIRY INTO THE DISAPRATION ASSETS AND LODGE FIR TO DIECTOR POLICE CHANDIGARH PUNJAB FOR JUSTICE AND DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF MY CASTE BYYOUR CURRUPT PNB OFFICERS.
