B1900D CAPTAIN TOWNSVILLE Curtain Brothers is now inviting applications for the position of Captain for its B1900D and B200 aircraft. Curtain Brothers is a privately owned company based in Townsville, North Queensland and conducts business within Australia and Papua New Guinea. We are a private operation with the expectation of maintaining the Flight Operation to an AOC standard. Reporting to the Head of Flight Operations (Chief Pilot) in a very dynamic operation, you will be a self starter with a high level of initiative and well developed communication skills. The successful applicant will be based in Townsville and will be subject to a rolling roster. Regular overnights in Papua New Guinea will be required, although not usually more than one night per tour and with minimal weekend duties. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Australian ATPL 3,000 hours minimum total time* 500 hours Multi Engine Turbine command* Multi crew above 5,700kgs Current class one medical ICAO level 6 English Effective Communicator (*May be reduced based on other suitable experience) DESIRABLE CRITERIA: Papua New Guinea experience B1900D & B200 endorsements Computer literacy An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
