BAC and schools like BAISAGO have the potential of being greater universities then that of UB..no on e can refUSE THE FACT THAT UB has one of the best infrastructures in africa...However ther e is no point in having the best equipment if u dont have very skilled people that can utilize the equipment to its full potential. Management at UB is very slow and process that should tkae long can take upto 2 weeks! If other Universities like BAC and BAISAGO invested in well trained well polished emplyess and lectureres that offer the best learning experience then im telling you these schools will excell faster than UB......In Business there is something called Disecenomies of scale where a business gets to a point where it s soo big that certain qualitiative factors regress and the business is not able to maintain its costs etc etc....thats what i see happening to UB......and it offers alot of opportunities for these other tertiary schools to take advantage of.
